Corporate communications in Chinese - it cuts across functional departments. It affects everyone that comes into contact with a Chinese party. It is not just marketing and sales people, but also production, finance, the legal and R&D team that may also need to deal with their Chinese counterparts.

Even very large companies can often rely on the one or two Chinese speakers for things to do with China. We help clients remove this "bow-tie effect" by building capacity across the organization. We call this approach "Managing communications in Chinese without speaking the Language". It is achieved through consultation and workshops.

Chinese graduates - UK based organizations are increasingly hiring Chinese graduates or employees from China. Getting the best out of them requires much more than a couple of cultural briefings. China educated graduates can have very different perceptions of work, let alone working for a UK organization. These perceptions frequently clash with notions taken for granted in the UK. We have developed effective training to uncover such perceptions and align them with the requirements of an employer.
